Allergy Information
Although many of our cakes/fillings are nut-free, we are not a nut-free facility. We caution clients with allergies to consume our sweets at their own risk.
Deposit
A minimum deposit of 50% is required to schedule a custom order.
Order change
Changes to your cake order, size, description, flavor, etc. will be accepted up to 10 days prior to delivery. These changes may be subjected to additional charges. Any changes made within the 10 day period will not be accepted.
Final Payment
The final due date for full payment or any changes to the cake is 10 days prior to the event. If payment in full is not received 10 days in advance of your event, your cake(s) will be considered cancelled and any payments made will NOT be refunded. There will not be any refunds within 10 days of your event for any reason.
REFUND for custom order

Due to the tedious, handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for custom orders

Once you or a designated party has picked up an order and signed for it, it is considered "accepted" – we will ask to make sure that everything is correct such as the design, spelling, etc. Refunds requested due to decorating style, writing, color shade, or general design will not be honored after signing for your cake. In some instances you may bring the cake back in for design adjustments but this is an additional charge if the cake has been signed for.

All products are the responsibility of the customer once it is signed for. We are not responsible for any damage occurring to the cake during transport, set-up or any time thereafter. You will be given instructions on how to carry, transport, and store your cake upon pick up. Keep in mind that cakes are very fragile and damages can happen if not handled properly – such as cracks, smudges, melted frosting, etc. We only give refunds in accordance with refund policies stated below.

Cake flavor and texture is subjective. Full refunds requested due to flavor or texture after the cake has been accepted and picked up will not be honored. You may qualify for a percentage of a store credit if the product is brought back and the quality of the cake flavor or texture is determined to not meet our standards. Cakes must be brought back to us within a timely manner, preferably with 24 hours of pick up - please call or email us promptly to let us know of the issue. Please understand that we cannot issue refunds for cakes that have already been completely eaten. *Store credit percents are based on how quickly the cake is returned, how much has been consumed, and what we determine the quality to be. Store credits of any kind will not be issued to customers who do not contact us within 48 hours.
Pick-up Agreement
If upon picking up your cake, you are not 100% satisfied with the look of your cake, you are NOT obligated to take the cake. If you choose not to take the cake, you will be issued a full refund via original purchase method. Upon pick-up of your cake, adjustments to the cake decoration can be made at no additional charge.
Pick-up Disclaimer
If you choose to pick up your cake and transport it yourself, we are not liable or responsible for the cake once it has left the bakery. You should prepare your vehicle so it is clean and free of items that could roll or slide into the cake/order. We do everything in our power to provide a well-structured cake, but please note that cakes are very fragile and break easily, drive carefully and slowly. Once the cake leaves our shop, we are not responsible for any damage occurring to the cake during transport, set-up or any time thereafter.
Cancellation Policy
Order cancelled more than 10 days prior to scheduled delivery will be refunded any payments made in excess of the non-refundable 50% deposit. All cancellation requests must be made in writing. All refunds will be issued in the form of a company check. Above policies are subject to change at any time.
Delivery & Set up
We are not responsible for any damaged to your cake(s) after delivery and set-up is complete. The client is responsible for providing an appropriate size, level, and stable table with a cool and safe environment for the cake(s). We are not responsible for damage to cakes resulting from tables being too small, not level, weak, or placed in a warm area. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AN UMBRELLA OR CANOPY FOR SHADE. Please keep in mind that there can be wind, rain, temperature, pets, bugs, or other situations, especially for outdoor deliveries that can harm or cause damage to your cake. We are not responsible for damage to your cake if someone at your reception site moves your cake after it has been safely delivered and set-up. We photograph all cakes upon completion of delivery and set up.
We are not responsible for any damage to your cake after the cake has been safely delivered and set up. Every effort will be made to deliver on time, however delivery of your cake may be delayed due to traffic, accidents, weather, acts of god, and other causes beyond our control.
